Ai nostri ragazzi mancano veri "maestri"
I want to bring to your attention the issue of education .
With a group of school friends do a "private" ... means that we prefer to call "free school". Work at The Track Calcinate, a school of nearly 900 students from 40 towns and cities of Bergamo, who attend primary school. Medium and high schools. In my daily work with children and their families every day I realize more and more of the educational.
Un genitore, impresario edile, mi ha detto che uno dei suoi migliori muratori si licenziava perché alla sera ritornava dal lavoro stanco e non poteva più andare a divertirsi, per cui cambiava attività. …Qualcosa è cambiato nella mentalità, anche dei bergamaschi. Noi di solito diciamo:-vado a letto presto perché domani mi sveglio all’alba per andare al lavoro…”.
Nel mese di febbraio in particolare, ho incontrato decine di famiglie che chiedono l’iscrizione alla scuola ed è interessante ascoltare i loro vissuti:la preoccupazione per i figli riguardo alla scuola che non sa più nemmeno tenerli perché non sa più proporre loro qualcosa di interessante. Ad aggravare la situazione the growing number of non-EU students ... In school there are teachers who would be capable and prepared if the school work, but they are demotivated and despondent because undervalued by society.
In the waiting room of the ambulatory physician I hear: - The younger generation has no values. " "No, sir, young people are no longer masters." This is the tragedy.
Be advised that the real emergency is educational, the school must put in all the political agendas in the first place, otherwise non avremo più nemmeno bravi operai, perché non avremo più gente che cresce libera e perciò responsabile.
Occorre che venga realizzata la vera autonomia nella scuola e che gli insegnanti vengano considerati: raddoppiare lo stipendio e raddoppiare l’orario di lavoro, per esempio.
Oggi pomeriggio c’è stato il funerale del ragazzo di 17 anni morto con il motorino. Al pomeriggio precedente l’incidente era in oratorio e alla domanda del curato:”Se fosse l’ultimo giorno della tua vita come vorresti passarlo?” i ragazzi hanno scritto “in compagnia degli amici”…; lui, di sera, tornava dalla locanda. …
Cosa proponiamo ai nostri ragazzi? They need not rules that we papered the walls of the school and the street ... but the adults who make them a proposal, making their company. I always remind my colleagues - no matter how one goes to school at 8 am, but how to exit 13. What met that child, that boy? Who and what has seen the good and beautiful in the walls of the classroom during those hours spent? "
You can put a theme in the electoral program development, economy, roads, infrastructure, but without people" educated "there can be no future . Next we find even more so who does the president of the condo ... and 'the education resource, education il nostro impegno anche di politici.
La scuola è il luogo dove si impara la bellezza, la grandezza e la serietà della vita. E’il luogo dove un ragazzo è aiutato a capire chi è e dove va e che senso ha la realtà. Alla politica chiediamo riconoscimento e aiuto concreto perché chi ha ancora qualcosa da comunicare ai propri figli, lo possa fare. Ne va della salvezza del nostro popolo, della nostra terra.

Consiglio Regionale approva modifiche alla legge urbanistica
Approved by the Regional Council the amendments to the Law for the territorial government (Regional Law 12/2005), which provide, among other things simplification of planning tools for small municipalities, especially those with less than 2000 inhabitants and below 15 000. In essence
for 659 municipalities (under 2000 inhabitants) is now possible for a single document instead of three currently required: Paper Plan, the Plan of Services and Plan Rules. The other 792 municipalities, those with a population between 2,000 and 15,000, however, will benefit from simplifications based on an explicit prediction rules of the Board, after consultation with the Council Commission.
Among other legislation vetted the Regional Assembly, one that identifies the areas to be allocated to the camps - for the achievement and maintenance will be required the consent of neighboring municipalities and the provision in the Plan of the Government of the Territory - and that that prohibits building houses of worship, if these areas are not specifically identified in the urban planning instruments.
Via libera inoltre alla realizzazione di opere di mitigazione ambientale in presenza di nuove infrastrutture di mobilità, al divieto di edificare nei pressi di autostrade e ferrovie, al recupero di aree degradate o dimesse in collaborazione con le Province e gli altri enti locali e alla costruzione nelle zone agricole di edifici di piccole dimensioni, solo se utilizzati ai fini della manutenzione del territorio boschivo e rurale. Nel campo dell’edilizia residenziale pubblica viene introdotto l’obbligo di individuare le aree destinate all’Erp e vengono previsti sconti degli oneri di urbanizzazione per i progetti di housing sociale.
Infine è potenziato l’Osservatorio permanente della programmazione territoriale, costituito dal Regional Council on a proposal by the Executive, which will replace the Authority for spatial planning.

Legislation, according to the opposition, which interfere in the autonomy of the Parks, allowing the concreting over green areas.
"I am convinced - Marc Raimondi said - that the new zoning rules will allow us to work for a more beautiful Lombardy, going to enhance the historical aspects of urban planning, improving what has been done in thirty years of environmental protection and by incorporating the experiences of advanced nations, particularly in this area, such as Germany.
